Why do I need to change my password and challenge question answer?
Starting October 31th, 2007 everyone will be asked to update their myNEU passwords and change their challenge question answers to comply with myNEU security changes. Your new password and challenge answer should meet the new complexity requirements in order to keep your myNEU account more secure. Please read the complete list of our password change FAQs for more information.

Is my password strong enough?
If you can answer yes to all of the questions, then your password is strong enough:
- Is my password at least 8 characters long?
- Does my password contain at least one uppercase character?
- Does my password contain at least one lowercase character?
- Does my password contain at least one numeric character?
